Stop checking email infrastructure manually
A configuration can be healthy today and different tomorrow.
Deliverability Desk periodically checks the public signals behind your domain and compares them with the previous state.
When something important changes, your team gets an alert.

What this monitoring can and cannot see
Deliverability Desk monitors publicly observable email infrastructure.
It can detect changes and findings across public authentication, DNS, transport and supported reputation signals.
It cannot see your sending logs, bounce data, complaint rates, private mailbox-provider telemetry or actual inbox placement.
It is a signal-change monitor, not a replacement for your internal email monitoring or deliverability platform.
Common questions
What is email infrastructure monitoring?
Email infrastructure monitoring periodically checks the public systems and records behind business email and detects when their state changes. This can include SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, transport-security records and public reputation signals.
Does it monitor SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Yes. Deliverability Desk monitors public email-authentication configuration and can alert you when relevant records or findings change.
How often does it check?
Checks run every six hours on a best-effort basis. Deliverability Desk does not guarantee real-time detection or specific check intervals.
Which notification channels does it support?
Deliverability Desk supports Slack and Microsoft Teams via incoming webhooks. You provide your webhook URL during setup and can send a test notification before saving.
Is it really free?
Yes. Free Alerts is free forever and does not require a credit card.
Does it monitor inbox placement?
No. Deliverability Desk does not send test emails or access mailbox-provider data. It monitors publicly observable infrastructure and reputation signals.
