Terms of Use
Deliverability Desk is a best-effort technical project. These terms describe the conditions for using its scans, tools, content and alerts.
Use of the service
You may use Deliverability Desk for lawful diagnostic, educational and operational purposes. Do not use the service to disrupt systems, evade access controls, submit secrets, overload the service, or violate another party's rights.
Public-data scope
Most technical checks are designed around publicly observable infrastructure or data you intentionally provide. A result is evidence about what was observed, not proof of every sender, every system, inbox placement, private reputation or a complete root-cause diagnosis.
Production changes
Recommendations, generated records, Playbooks and AI-assisted CMS output are informational. Review and validate them for your environment before publishing DNS changes, changing mail policy, delisting infrastructure or modifying production systems.
Free Alerts
Alerts are provided on a best-effort basis and may be delayed, duplicated or missed. Slack and Microsoft Teams delivery also depends on third-party services and the webhook you configure. Do not rely on Free Alerts as your sole monitoring or incident-notification system.
Accounts and webhooks
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for providing webhook destinations you are authorized to use. If you believe your account or webhook has been compromised, remove or rotate it promptly.
Content and third-party references
Deliverability Desk may reference third-party standards, providers, events or tools. A reference does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership unless it is explicitly labeled as such.
Availability
The project may change, suspend or remove features and may impose reasonable rate limits. Because it is enthusiast-built, uninterrupted operation is not promised.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. No warranty is made that results are accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose, or free of interruption.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deliverability Desk and its contributors are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from reliance on the service. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be excluded by these terms.
Contact and changes
Questions can be sent to info@deliverabilitydesk.com. These terms may be updated as the project changes.
